Taking the energy station of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as an example, analyses the primary energy efficiency, fuel saving rate, economical efficiency, sensitivity of influence factors and environmental performance of the combined system. The results indicate that the energy utilization rate of the cooling heating and power system can reach to 88.9%, the energy consumption rate of the combined system is 18.5% less than the conventional system and the initial investment of the cooling heating and power system can be recovered within six years.
